  • A full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will:

  • Send the correct product free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund for the order, after reviewing the case.

Lost Package or Failed Delivery

If your order is marked as lost, undelivered, or returned to sender, we will investigate the matter with the carrier.

If the loss or a logistics error is confirmed, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Arrange a new shipment at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item, or damaged package), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons not attributable to us, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the return or refund request has been approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).

We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
